GENERAL MEASURES OF CITY RESIDENCE

The entire City Residence team is happy to meet you and welcome you back to our residences.

To ensure that your stay takes place in complete serenity and safety, we have deployed all the necessary means and strict measures in accordance with government recommendations.

We assure you of the deployment of the following health measures:

• Permanent training of staff in sanitary procedures
• Secure customer reception, wearing of a mask by our staff
• Wearing a mask compulsory for customers when traveling in the common areas (on sale at reception for € 1 including tax)
• Strengthening of apartment cleaning procedures
• Regular disinfection of common areas
• Provision of hydroalcoholic gel dispenser upon arrival
• Adaptation or restriction of the reception capacities of common and collective spaces
