GarantMe, your guarantor for your accommodation at City Residence

In order for your application to be accepted for the rental of a flat, you are often required to have a guarantor. As this task is sometimes complicated, City Résidence allows you to go through a partner guarantor.

Whether you are a student, a young graduate, self-employed, on a fixed-term contract or even in a trial period for a permanent contract, we have an intermediary solution for you!

Indeed, to guarantee that you will find a furnished and fully equipped flat, even if you do not have a guarantor, City Résidence has developed a partnership with Garantme. This is a platform which, after building up your file, will enable you to apply as a tenant for a flat in one of our Long Stay residences.

How does it work? 

1. Go to Garantme.fr in the "Tenant" section
2. Register and start filling in your application with the required supporting documents. It will only take you 5 minutes.
3. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility certifying that Garantme can act as guarantor.
4. When you search for and apply for accommodation, provide the Garantme certificate together with your other supporting documents.
5. Once your accommodation is found and your application is accepted by the residence, send an e-mail to support@garantme.fr to let them know.
6. You will then have the opportunity to pay for your Guarantor Pack and, following payment, to validate the guarantee which will be sent directly to the residence.

*Your Guarantor Pack is priced according to the rent of the accommodation you are applying for.

By choosing Garantme as your guarantor, you will be relieved of one less pressure in the acceptance of your application by City Residence.
