City Résidence offers students, young professionals and people on a professional transfer, looking for specific and temporary accommodation solutions, the possibility to stay for a month, a quarter or even a whole year! Equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a work space, our flats meet the customised needs of our clients.
In order to guarantee the most complete information possible, we have decided to present each apartment hotel with its own characteristics and to offer everyone the possibility of choosing the accommodation that suits them.
On these pages you will be able to discover not only our flat types, but also the services and facilities associated with them, as well as the key points of the cities concerned (schools/universities, shops, restaurants, tourist spots, activities, etc.).
You will also find the process to follow in order to subscribe to a rental at City Residence:
Step 1: Contact the residence for more information or to arrange a visit;
Step 2: Visit the accommodation of your choice;
Step 3: Send in your complete application;
Step 4: Within 48 hours (working days), we study your application;
Step 5: Once your application has been accepted, all you have to do is move in!
